National Trout Festival - The annual Trout Festival of Kalkaska is the perfect time for Coldwell Banker associates and staff members to visit with friends and neighbors while participating in the various events, especially the parade which draws a large crowd up and down Cedar Street. The National Trout Festival is held during the last weekend in April. The Kaliseum - The Kaliseum is the newest family oriented attraction in Kalkaska. It houses an ice skating rink and two swimming pools currently. Habitat For Humanity - A worthy cause we support in our efforts to spread the emotional and financial benefits of home ownership. Flag Raising - Our Coldwell Banker Associates greatly enjoy the local tradition we have established in lining our main thoroughfares with American flags and dressing up our downtown location in red, white, and blue. |
